HiLo is a journaling and productivity tool designed to help users reflect, track drift, capture ideas, and review actions.

You may use HiLo only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in HiLo. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, and display that content in order to operate the product.
6. No guarantees
HiLo is provided for general productivity and reflection purposes only. We do not guarantee outcomes, performance improvements, or uninterrupted availability.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for the service or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiLo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
